Shipping Policy

Most orders for ink cartridges will ship within one business day after receipt of the order, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed the following day. Orders placed over weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Most orders for standard label sizes will ship within one or two weeks after receipt of the order, provided the product is in stock.

We ship only on standard business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.  If your shipment is time-sensitive, please call before ordering to confirm that we will be able to meet your requirements. We will make all reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to your requested delivery date(s). However, please keep in mind that our delivery dates are estimates only and shipments may be affected by factors outside our control we cannot be responsible for delays or shipping errors caused by the shipment carriers.

We cannot guarantee with 100% certainty when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping time offered to you by Color Labels and More, Inc. only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. 

Our carriers include United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, and a number of ground carriers. Other carrier services may be available upon request. However, we reserve the right to ship with the carrier of our choice when necessary. 

All shipments by Color Labels and More, Inc. are FOB points of shipment.
All items ordered from our online store include FREE ground shipping within the contiguous United States unless the item displays "Price does not include freight". Please contact us if you have any questions about these items.
Free shipping is not included for: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Note: Carriers may require a signature for shipments. Please use a shipping address that will have someone available to sign for the delivery.
